As a registered tax agent, Creative Crunchers Pty Ltd is committed to upholding the highest professional standards in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA) and the Code of Professional Conduct regulated by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

1. Tax Agent Registration

2. Making a Complaint

If you have concerns about the tax services provided by Creative Crunchers Pty Ltd, you can lodge a complaint with the TPB:

The TPB’s complaints process is designed to address issues related to the conduct of registered tax practitioners.

3. Rights and Obligations

Our Obligations to You

– Always act honestly and with integrity
– Uphold and promote the ethical standards of the tax profession
– Act lawfully in your best interests
– Manage any conflicts of interest
– Take reasonable care to ascertain your state of affairs and apply tax laws correctly
– Keep your information confidential unless there is a legal duty to disclose
– Provide tax agent and BAS services competently
– Not knowingly obstruct the administration of the tax laws
– Advise you of your rights and obligations under the tax laws
– Account to you for money or other property on trust
– Not make false or misleading statements to the TPB or ATO and in some cases withdraw our engagement with you and notify the TPB or ATO of certain matters
– Address any false or misleading statements we are responsible for or engage with you to explore options to correct other false or misleading statements
– Keep proper records of services provided to you
– Keep you informed of certain matters so you can make informed decisions about using or continuing to use our services

Your Obligations as a Client

– Be truthful with the information you provide to us
– Keep required records and provide them to us on a timely basis, if required
– Be co-operative with our requests and meet your due dates
– Comply with the tax laws

4. Disclosure of Prescribed Events

As of 1st July 2025, Creative Crunchers Pty Ltd confirms that none of the prescribed events listed under section 45(1)(d) of the Code Determination have occurred in the past five years. These events include:

– Suspension or termination of registration by the TPB
– Bankruptcy or external administration
– Conviction of serious taxation offences
– Conviction of offences involving fraud or dishonesty
– Imprisonment sentences of six months or more
– Civil penalties for promoting tax exploitation schemes

Should any such event occur, we are obligated to inform you within 30 days.

5. Conditions on Registration
